Mosquito net for Scotland (midges)

Hi,

I am looking for a new mosquito net suited against midges and black flies. I now have a (cheap aliexpress) net with a mesh of around 25 holes per squire inch (+/- 1mm hole size). But I heard for midges you need mesh size of 600 holes per square Inc (about 250 per square cm).

I can't seem to find a loose net with that type of mesh. Only one I find (saying it's suited against midges) is DD hammock but that one is only suited for hammocks until 2,7 meter (mine is 3 meter).

I never slept with midges of small biting flies. Do you really need a mesh that fine? If yes any tips for a mosquito net in the EU?

Does anyone use Eno SuperNest full time for two?

Guys I need help! I ditched the bed in favor of my hammock almost a year ago. I saved my futon for multi functionality. I am now I’m a relationship sleeping on the futon full time. I can’t take it anymore, and I don’t want another bed at this time. This SuperNest seems the perfect solution. The only reviews I’ve seen so far are people using in their yards.

What size hammock for a comfortable full time bed

I'm 6ft tall, 160ish lbs. I have been thinking about replacing my bed with a hammock. I've tried the smaller eno hammocks and while good for a nap I never got very comfortable. Would something between 11-12ft like the La Siesta Carolina work or would I be better off going for something in the 13 ft range like the Flora?

How do you calculate the hang distance for the Carolina or similar hammocks?

Can drywall ceilings carry a hammock

I want to hang a hammock on my ceiling but my father is telling me the houses in Germany aren’t suitable to carry that much weight because they’re drywalls. If anyone sat on the hammock the whole ceiling would crash down. I did my research and found that with a stud finder everything should be okay but my father is still not convinced. He says it won’t work.

Hammock is very tight in the middle. Is it possible I gathered the end wrong with the continuous loops? It’s a rectangular hammock, 11ft × 60 inches wide. I’m 5′ 7″ and 200 lbs. I use a diagonal lay with a proper angle seemingly. Doesn’t matter the angle, the middle is stiff and has ridges.
